We are part of various research projects funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWI). These projects evaluate and test the possibilities of digitization  in order to increase benefit for inland navigation. Thereby systems develop that support the skipper in navigation in a meaningful way.

AUTOMATIC TRACK CONTROL

The combination of RADARpilot720° with argoTrackPilot supports the skipper in a new way. Guiding lines of the  RADARpilot720° are directly used for vessel control.

MOORING ASSISTANT

A moderne high-performance GNSS receiver guarantees accuracies of 10 cm for the position and 0.1 degree for heading. These precise navigational data allow the exact representation of the own vessel in the navigation display RADARpilot720°, e.g. during mooring or when entering a lock. The position accuracy us made possible by special correction data received over a mobile internet connection.
